A new busline from the Eastern Azerbaijani province's Urmiya city to Nakchivan will launch, the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan reported to Trend on Monday.
According to the representative of the general administration of transport of Western Azerbaijan province on terminals, the busline will be opened following the launch of Poldesht checkpoint.
Up to 160 passengers are planned to be transported through Poldesht checkpoint, the Iranian mass media reported. This figures are planned to hit 320 passenger in future.
The transportation of passengers through this checkpoint will enable the reduction of travel expenditures by 80%.
