The 10th session of the Azerbaijan-Russia commission for inter-parliamentary cooperation started in Baku.
The Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan Valeh Aleskerov and Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Svetlana Orlova are the co-chairs of the commission.
The meeting is being attended by members of parliament and ambassadors of both countries - Polad Bulbuloglu and Vladimir Dorokhin.
The meeting will consider the appointment of deputy chairs and changes in commission staff, expansion prospects of humanitarian, economic, trade and legislative cooperation. The final protocol will be signed and the place and date of the next committee meeting will be agreed at the meeting.
