Co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Azerbaijan Pedro Agramunt and Joseph Debono have discussed the commitments taken by Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe at the meeting with the leaders of parliamentary parties, Yeni Azerbaijan (NAP) Deputy Executive Secretary Mubariz Gurbanli told Trend

"Azerbaijan has executed most of its commitments. Only a few minor issues remain, which will be resolved by the Azerbaijani side in the near future. And then, perhaps, the Monitoring Committee will stop their activities," Gurbanli said.

He said the discussions went smoothly. Information about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was brought to the attention of the co-rapporteurs.

The chairmen of the parties informed the co-rapporteurs about Armenia's aggression, and the provocations against Azerbaijan, Gurbanli added.

The meeting was attended by Chairmen of Boyuk Gurulush, Ana Vatan, Umid, Movement of National Revival, Social well-being party, Justice, the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan.
