Azerbaijani Minister of Labor and Social Protection Fizuli Alekberov met with new counselor for labor and social protection at the Turkish Embassy Namik Ata, Department of Public Relations of the Ministry told Trend.
The meeting stressed the continued development of cooperation in the field of labor and social protection, as well as in other spheres between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Namik Ata expressed satisfaction with the development of cooperation in all fields between Azerbaijan and Turkey, and stressed that over the period of his activity will make efforts to further develop this cooperation.
The meeting discussed the work to strengthen cooperation in the field of labor and social protection. The sides exchanged views on the prospects for further cooperation, as well as the Second Conference of Labour Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to be held in Baku in April.
The Counselor said that the conference will be attended by Turkish Minister Faruk Celik.
