President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in country's Naftalan District.
The Head of the State started his visit by placing flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the central park.
Head of Naftalan District Executive Authorities Natig Aslanov informed the President about the reconstruction work in the Heydar Aliyev Park.
The central park, which occupies a total area of 4 hectares, has a green area, a fountain, a modern lighting system and benches.
