SCO summit begins in Bishkek

13th meeting of the SCO member-states council started in Bishkek, KyrTAG reported.
The summit's agenda is the issues of regional security after 2014, situation in Syria and the creation of SCO fund and bank.
Also it is expected that Kyrgyzstan will pass its chairmanship in the organization to Tajikistan.
The event is attended by Chinese head Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Tajikistan's President Emomali Rahmon, Uzbek President Islam Karimov, as well as the heads of observer countries - Afghanistan, Iran, Mongolia, and the Foreign Minister of India and Pakistan's Prime Minister's advisor on Foreign Policy.
It is expected that the participants will sign a joint statement.
