Head of the OSCE Office in Baku, Ambassador Koray Targay thinks the processes of receiving, verification and approval of presidential candidates' documents were transparent in Azerbaijan.
"We held meetings with the chairmen of 125 polling stations," Targay told the media on Friday.
He stressed that his organisation has worked hard and held a lot of meetings with representatives of the executive power in all Azerbaijani regions.
He expressed the hope that Azerbaijan will hold the presidential election and be an example to the world.
Targay also added that all conditions were created in Azerbaijan and the sites were allocated for the candidates' meetings with voters.
The presidential election will be held in Azerbaijan on October 9. The previous one was held on October 15, 2008.
The election is held in Azerbaijan every five years.
