Trend: An official welcoming ceremony of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who is on an official visit to Turkey, has been held in Cankaya Presidential Palace in Ankara today, Turkish TRT Haber channel reported on Nov. 12.
The guard of honor was lined up in honor of the Azerbaijani President on the square with the raised national flags of the two countries.
The national anthems of Azerbaijan and Turkey were performed.
Azerbaijani and Turkish Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Abdullah Gul passed near the guard of honor.
