Unknown people occupied the building of the Supreme Soviet and the Council of Ministers of Crimea last night, the spokesman of the Supreme Council of Crimea told RIA Novosti by telephone on Feb. 27.
"We came to work, but we can't get to the Supreme Council: the building is surrounded by militia... We were told that the building was occupied, there will be no work today."
"It is the same situation in the Council of Ministers of Crimea," the spokesman said.
