Turnout at the referendum in Sevastopol reaches at least 60% as of 17:00 Moscow time, chairman of the city election commission Valery Medvedev said on Sunday, ITAR-TASS reported.

"According to data, which is being specified permanently, the turnout reaches at least 60%. Thus, about 185,000 residents of Sevastopol have voted," Medvedev said, adding "We believe that the turnout will be of 80%."

No provocations at polling stations have been reported, he said.

"The Ukrainian Election Commission blocked off electors database. But we used lists of 2012 and made up the database. The voting continues in a normal atmosphere," he said.
