Some of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visits to the country's provinces were cancelled due to health problems, Turkish TRT Haber channel reported on March 28.

The TV channel reported that Erdogan will be under the supervision of doctors in Istanbul in the near future.

Despite the doctors' ban, Erdogan participated in two pre-election campaigns on March 27 in connection with the upcoming municipal elections.

These will be held in Turkey this Sunday, March 30. It is expected that the main struggle in the elections will be observed between the Turkish Republican People's Party and the ruling Justice and Development Party.
