Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on Sept. 11.
After the official welcoming ceremony at the airport in Baku, Garibashvili will hold meetings with the leadership of the country, the Georgian government said.
The meetings in an expanded format between the governmental delegations of the two countries are planned to be held as part of the two-day visit.
The Georgian delegation will leave Azerbaijan on Sept. 12.
The Georgian governmental delegation includes Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Kakha Kaladze, Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri, Agriculture Minister Otar Danelia, Adviser to the Prime Minister Savalan Mirzayev, MPs Zurab Tkemaladze and Mahir Darziyev.
