Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Strasbourg (France) to take part in the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry said on Oct.1.
PACE's fall session takes place from September 29 to October 3, 2014.
During the visit, Mammadyarov will chair the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in the session and hold bilateral meetings.
Azerbaijan took over the chairmanship of the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers for a period of six months on 14 May 2014.
