Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 19

By Maksim Tsurkov - Trend:

The national airline "Azerbaijan Airlines" will continue to implement flights to Ganja, which were previously planned to be suspended, the head of the AZAL press service Pasha Kesamanski told Trend.

Kesamanski earlier told Trend that AZAL will suspend the flights on Baku-Ganja-Baku route from Nov.21.

At the time, AZAL press service head said that the Ganja flights are unprofitable and are not sufficiently used by passengers.

"However, at the request of the citizens, it was decided to continue to fly in this direction," said the head of the press service. "The next flight is expected November 20 as planned."

Flights will be implemented on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
