Azerbaijani, Iranian presidents hold one-on-one, expanded meetings

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani held a one-on-one meeting in Tehran Feb. 23 following an official welcoming ceremony.
