At an initial stage, the cost of mandatory health insurance policy in Azerbaijan will be low, the country’s Deputy Prime Minister Ali Ahmadov said at a press conference in Baku Nov. 30.
He noted that positive attitude was shown towards pilot projects on mandatory health insurance implemented in Azerbaijan’s Mingachevir city and Yevlakh district.
“There were many appeals regarding medical services, which is related to the fact that they are rendered free of charge and at a high level,” he said.
