At the result of operation, carried out by the head department on fighting drugs on 3-4 July, a resident of Djalilabad region, Hikmet Soltanov, 1969 has been detained by crossing the state border, the Trend regional correspondent reports.
During the customs inspection 1,2 kg narcotics has been found. The preliminary investigation showed, that Soltanov had grown narcotics on the allotment.
The criminal case has been filed on the fact.
