“The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Azerbaijan and the Italian Confederation of Chambers of Commerce (Unioncamera) intend to develop cooperation and discuss the establishment of a joint Azerbaijani-Italian Chamber of Commerce,” Suleyman Tatliyev, the President of the CCI, stated in signing ceremony of an agreement on cooperation between the two Chambers on Monday.
Appraising the result of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s recent official visit to Rome he noted that the talks in the top would give impetus to the upgrade of the Azerbaijani-Italian relationships.
В"The agreement on cooperation between the two commerce chambers will enable to expand commercial relationships and remove the barriers on the way of bilateral economic cooperation,” Tatliyev underlined. He also noted the intensive development of goods turnover between Azerbaijan and Italy.
Attending the meeting were representatives from Italian embassy in Baku, as well as heads of big Azerbaijani companies interested in direct cooperation with Italy.
