Turkish and Armenian diplomat hold talks with regard to remove bilateral problems and it is not news, Turkish media reports quoting Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul as stating in the UK

Hurriyyat newspaper reports in reference to Turkish diplomatic sources based in Ankara that the Turkish and Armenian diplomats met in one of the European states in condition of strong secrecy. The Turkish side presented to Armenians proposals which could enable to resolve the problems.
The Turkish delegation includes representatives from the Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Ahmed Uzumju and Turkish Ambassador to Georgia Ertan Tezger. During the dialogue it was resolved to hold a meeting to clarify Armenia’s answer to Ankara’s proposal.
