Isgandar Hamidov, the chairman of the National Democratic Party, made an appeal to the Court of Appeal demanding his exculpation, Yavar Husseyn, the lawyer of Hamidov, told Trend.
Hamidov will pass through all court instances to get exculpation, said Husseyn.
On 8 July 2005 the Sabail district court under the chairmanship of judge Ilham Agayev did not satisfied the lawsuit by Hamidov, given that Hamidov was pardoned when he was to serve 6 years in prisons. So, the plaintiff appealed to the Court of Appeal.
