Latifa Aliyeva answerable in an administrative order in accordance with article 313.1.1 of the Administrative Violations Code. Aliyeva refused to handle the stamp, seal and other implements of the Legal Advice Office No12 and carrying out advocacy violated the resolution of the Nasimi district court, the report says.
During the legal proceedings Aliyeva said that no action might frighten her, she was elected by lawyers of the legal advice office 12 and she can be dismissed only at the lawyers’ decision. It was reply to the judge’s proposal on handing over stamp and seal. Aliyeva expressed protest to the Sabayil district court and submitted it to the Court of Appeals.
The lawyers of the Legal Advice Office 12 elected Aliyeva an acting head of the office after the death of the former head. However, her advocacy was suspended by the resolution of the Presidium of the Bar and the Nasimi district court filed a lawsuit with demand to cease her membership at the Bar.
