Politics Materials 4 August 2005 17:39 (UTC +04:00)

The Court of Appeal did not satisfy the complaint of the Isgandar Hamidov, the chairman of the National Democracy Party, on raising of convictions. Lawyer Yavar Husseyn defended Hamidov at the sitting under the chairmanship of Judge Gail Mammadov, Trend reports.

The judge did not satisfy the complaint and left the previous decision of the court. He referred to the reports from the prison 9 on Hamidov’s unsatisfactory behavior.

The lawyer protested against the decision of the court and noted that Hamidov was released two years ago and the prison did not have right to make such conclusion. The similar conclusion may be given by the Housing and Exploitation Committee, where Hamidov lived, or the enterprise, where he worked for last two years.
