Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, signed a decree on injection of changes and supplements to the law on effectiveness of the Civil Code and the Civil Code approved by the law on 9 August.
In accordance with the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers was charged in designing and submission of proposals on matching of acting legislative acts with the Civil Code. The Cabinet of Ministers will also match the legal acts of the Azerbaijani government with this law.
The Service of State Property Register under the Cabinet of Ministers will perform the envisaged functions.
