вЂ" When is the adoption of a charter of the Azeristiliktejhizat JSCO expected?
In what stage is the work in this direction?
вЂ" The charter of Azeristiliktejhizat has been developed and it will be adopted shortly.
вЂ" Have you set the staff of the enterprise? How many employees are required and planned for the expansion of staff in 2006? What about the sum of average salary?
вЂ" At present Azeristiliktejhizat acts on the base of a temporary structure and staff. It is planned to employ 2100 people with 770 people to be hired on temporary basis.
The average salary of employees will be equal to salaries of employees involved in this sector in the country. The staff of the JSCO will be changed following the expansion of the thermo-power supply zone.
вЂ" How many buildings will be provided with heating system late 2005 and 2006? What would be expenses for the implementation of this work? How many apartments will one boilersвЂ™ house heat? How many buildings have been provided with heating system?
вЂ" The reconstruction of the domestic heating system of the buildings is part of the authorities of local management bodies and housing and communal economy and the heating system of the building is under their balance. The project of reconstruction of the heating system by 2006 is under development
вЂ" Is the process on inclusion of the infrastructure, indicated in the decree, to the balance of Azeristiliktejhizat complete?
Which work should be done in the regions for the establishment of infrastructure and what steps are taken in this sphere? How many funds are required for the reconstruction of the heating system in the country and are there plans on attraction of foreign investments for this end? Is Azeristiliktejhizat going to reconstruct water reservoirs and construct new ones?
вЂ" In accordance with the relevant presidential decree the enterprises entering the composition of liquidated organizations, were included in the balance, while the formation of the structure of the thermo-power supply system is still to complete.
Most regions of the thermo-power supply system have been destroyed, while they do not exist in some places. So, it is impossible to speak about the reconstruction of the thermo-power supply system. It is necessary to establish new thermo-power supply system meeting the current standards. A process of thermo-power supply to Baku requires the implementation of multi-vector measures.
They are the reconstruction and upgrade of the thermo-power system and the use of new systems and schemes.
It requires the expansion of the thermo-power supply zone, the construction of new thermo-power supply sources and liquidation of boilerвЂ™s houses, which are commercially unprofitable. Financing and attraction of foreign investors for the implementation of the action on improvement of the thermo-power supply system will be defined in accordance with AzerbaijanвЂ™s strategy in the thermo-power energy sector.
вЂ" What types of fuel will Azeristiliktejhizat use and is there an agreement with relevant bodies? What is the volume of demand in fuel?
вЂ" There were achieved definite agreements with Azerigas JSC and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) for the acquisition of fuel in property volume. Some boilerвЂ™s houses use diesel fuel in connection with the cessation of production of stove fuel in some boilerвЂ™s houses, which increases the direct cost of the product twice. In compliance with the volume of fuel energy the demand in gas fuel comprises 100 million cu m, and in diesel fuel вЂ" 700 tons.
вЂ" As far as we know it is planned to carry out measures on the implementation of measures on thermo-power supply to districts together with the Executive Power of Baku.
вЂ" The housing organizations carry out rehabilitation of heating system of the building, while Azeristiliktejhizat JSC is involved in rehabilitation and reconstruction of thermo power sources and heating lines.
