The candidacy of Razi Nurullayev, the activist of the �Yokh’ (No) movement was registered by the election committee of the Binagadi 1st constituency 8, Nurullayev’s election headquarters told Trend.
Preparations for his elections campaign are underway. Leading specialists from some European countries will arrive in Baku in September in this regard.
Nurullayev believes in his victory at the parliamentary elections.
