For the discussion of the Azerbaijan’s Milli Mejlis (MM) autumn session to commence its work on 1 September, for the discussion by parliamentarians the documents put forward by the President of Azerbaijan as the legislative initiative will be put on the agenda in the first instance, head of the MM administration Safa Mirzoyev told Trend.
Among them the principal one is the draft law “On approval of the state budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2006”. Debates on and approval of the drafts laws “On obtaining
the information”, “On the administrative clerical work”, “On the code of the ethical behavior of the state employees”, “On investment activities”, “On targeted state social aid”, “On construction activities” and other bills, which discussion has not been completed at previous sessions are planned.
Head of the MM administration let the meeting participants know, that draft laws on introducing changes and supplements to laws of the Azerbaijani Republic and a number of international treaties will be presented at the autumn session.
The plan of the Parliament’s law-making activities has been already considered at the meeting, dedicated to the MM autumn session.
