The report of the “AGO” group on monitoring the fulfillment of the commitments of Azerbaijan and Armenia is scheduled on 21 September 2005 at the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CE) at the level of permanent representatives.
During the meeting exchange of opinions also with the special envoy of the European Union (EU) in South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie will take place, Trend reports citing the secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
Talvitie will tell about his two-year period of activities and reply the questions of the meeting’s participants.
It should be noted Talvitie was appointed to the post of the special envoy on 7 July 2003.
