On Friday an appeals was made o the rehabilitation of the term of complain upon the sentence on the arrest of ex-President Ayaz Mutalibov, Fuad Agayev, the law-defender of the ex-President told Tend.
On 22 September the Nasimi Court considered the suit failed by Mutallibov’s lawyer and did not satisfy the suit.
Lawyer Fuad Agayev is going to make an appeal on the sentence of arrest. In accordance with the law, the District Court is to send the complain to the Court of Appeal.
