“Every candidate to deputies and voter may be sure that he will enjoy freedom in choosing in the parliamentary elections,” Ramiz Mehdiyev, the head of the President’s Apparat, told Trend.
According to Mehdiyev, the Azerbaijani President publicized his political will to hold democratic elections on 6 November and he intends to ensure fair and transparent holding of the elections.
During his speech on Azerbaijani State TV Mehdiyev denied accusations in regard to him, stated by Rauf Arifoglu, the candidate of the �Azadlig’ bloc. He called the accusations slanderous and populist.
