“The Institute of Peace and Democracy (IPD) will carry out a monitoring in the villages of Baku and Absheron,” Khanlar Ibrahimov, the deputy chairman of the Union of Baku
villages (UBV), told Trend.
The UBV will assist to the IPD in this issue. During the meeting with the representatives of the UBV Leyla Yunus, the Director of the IPD, explained liabilities related to the monitoring. They will observe the elections totally in 9 villages. Though the monitoring scheduled for 6 November, they carried out preliminary test stage.
Ibrahimov noted that they revealed some violations. H also stressed that IPD would send report to some international organization on 20 October.
