АZERBAIJAN TO RAISE ISSUES ON BSECO REFORMING NECESSITY AT ORGANIZATION’S SITTING

Аzerbaijan comes out for reforming of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO), the Azerbaijan’s deputy Foreign Minister (FM) Mahmud Mammadguliyev said in a statement while commenting on the next sitting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the BSECO countries scheduled for 28 October in Chisinau, Trend reports.

According to him, in the framework of the organization’s reforming Azerbaijan finds it necessary to enhance the role of the Secretariat, the work efficiency of the task forces, cooperation with international institutions, with the European Union first. В"Therefore, I guess, the Azerbaijan’s participation and the work at the Chisinau sitting will be aimed mostly at driving on these processes”, Mammadguliyev said. On the whole, according to him, the BSECO activities analyses for the last half a year will be held and future perspectives will be projected at the meeting.

The deputy Foreign Minister reported also the BSECO energy task force is to take place shortly. On the eve of this event the Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Energy and Fuel is to submit their plans, programs and proposals on the forthcoming meeting.
