The trial against Veysal Zeynalo, the former soldier of the national army at the Court Marital on Hard Crimes will begin on Thursday. Zeynalov is accused of parricide (article 274 of the Criminal Code) and violation of rules on battle duty (article 338.1).
Initial investigation, conducting by the Military Prosecutor Office, revealed that Zeynalov, served in the Tartar region, came over Armenian side and gave information against Azerbaijani statehood.
He was released from captivity in the line of the International Red Cross Organization and arrested by the employees of the Azerbaijani National Safety Ministry on 20 April.
