New health minister appointed

Oktai Shiraliyev was appointed the Health Minister of Azerbaijan at the decree of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Shiraliyev was the head of the Republican Diagnosis Center.

Shiraliyev was born in Baku 1950. He graduated from the Azerbaijani Medical University. He received PhD in medical sciences in Moscow. He is professor.

Former Health Minister, Ali Insanov, was dismissed from his post on 20 October at the decree by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
