“The Reforms’ elections bloc will make a decision on address to the Central Election Committee (CEC) and the President at the meeting held on Thursday,” Mammad Alizada, the chairman of the Consulting Council of Pro-governmental Parties, also head of Reforms’ election bloc, told Trend.

“The Executive Powers of the Narimanov-Nizamy constituency 18, where I ballot, hold agitation for Alishir Musayev from the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP). Thus the Executive Powers do not take the Presidential decree on democratic and transparent elections into consideration,” he added.

Alizada stressed that he did not intend to tolerate this, as he was aware of forms of political struggle. “I can not allow the political struggle between the candidates from the same constituency reached culmination. The sides must have equal pre-election opportunities,” he said.

The Reforms’ bloc includes 4 pro-governmental parties, the Consulting Council - 16 parties, including the NAP.
