A co-rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Andres Herkel will arrive in Baku on 4 November together with the Latvian parliamentarians for monitoring the elections to the Milli Mejlis, diplomatic sources told Trend.

A group of deputies of the Estonian Parliament will mostly represent international institutions, specifically, along with Herkel, PACE will be represented by Toomas Alatalu. As a member of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Margus Hanson will arrive in Azerbaijan, as the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly members- Jaak Allik, Jarno Laur and VР°ino Linde.

It is rather interesting to note, that a deputy of the Latvian Parliament Eldar Efendiyev will be a member of the OSCE PA mission. He will represent the Latvia’s Centrist Party. This party will be also represented by his deputy colleague Vladimir Velman.
