CEC sets to trainings in relation to use inking method

“Ink cylinders and ultra-violet lamps, delivered in Azerbaijan from Denmark on 31 October to ink fingers of electors in the parliamentary elections on 6 November, were distributed on election stations,” Natig Mammadov, the secretary of the Central Election Committee (CEC), told Trend.

The Georgian CEC handed over 3,000 cylinders transparent ink and special devices in relation to application of new method in the parliamentary elections. Besides, 8,000 cylinders transparent ink and 2,500 ultra-violate lamps were delivered from Denmark.

Taking into consideration that this method is used in Azerbaijan for the first time, the CEC will hold trainings for members of election committees during 3 days. The trainings will be organized from 2 to 4 November and cover all stations in the country.
