Reno Harnish, the US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, visited 13 polling stations of the 2nd Narimanov Constituency 20 on Sunday (6 November). The diplomat got familiar with the process of polling. It was noted that as of 12.00pm [local time] 180 of 1256 electors voted in this station.
He noted that 19 observers, including two from Azadlyg elections bloc, the biggest opposition alliance, were involved in monitoring the poll. A member of the precinct elections commission said that the observers had not fixed any law-break. Besides, there was not an observer from the ruling New Azerbaijan Party and Yeni Siyaset bloc. After the diplomat visited polling station 22 of the First Narimanov Constituency 19 to hold monitoring of the poll.
The same time exit poll is held in front of this precinct elections commission.
