Аzerbaijan involved in group of countries with “supervision zone” by internal conflict strength criteria

The Peace Foundation conducted researches and published 12 indicators by which the strength of the internal conflict, destructive for the state system of this or that country is identified. Among the indicators there are such social and economic indices, as social stratification and uneven distribution of revenues, economic crisis, criminalization, progressive aggravation of public services, rough violation of human rights, fractionality of elites, interference of other countries into the external policy and etc.

The rating scale is built in the following way: 90 scores and over вЂ" the situation is critical; 60 - 89,9 вЂ" the situation is close to critical; 30 - 59,9 вЂ" the supervision zone (monitoring zone); below 29,9 вЂ" acceptable level of development. The rating of Azerbaijan is 50 scores, it means, the country is in the monitoring zone. The total rating of Uzbekistan is 24 scores, of Ukraine is 39, Belarus is 44, Tadjikistan is 49, Russia is 59, Kirgizistan is 65, РљР°zakhstan is 68, Рўurkmenistan is 70.

Reference: the Peace Foundation was established in 1957 for preventing wars in the framework of diagnosing conflict situation and elaboration of strategies aimed at stimulating of economic and social upsurge for the developing countries.
