On Tuesday the Azerbaijani Court of Appeals considered appeal of the Yagub Abbasov, the single candidate from �Azadlig’ (Freedom) election bloc, who balloted from Garadagh constituency 11, the bloc told Trend.
The plaintiff alleges that the results of the elections in the constituency were falsified in favor of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party. Abbasov presented protocols of the election station 19, which were sent to the Justice Ministry for examination.
Judge Ilgar Damirov will make a sentence after receiving of the results of the examination.
