The Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister (FM) Elmar Mammadyarov will represent the official Baku at the international forum on 1-2 December in Kiev based on the Borjomi initiative, the Azerbaijan FM told Trend.
The forum В"Community of democratic choice” will be held with participation of the heads of Baltic, Black Sea and Caspian region states, which name the democratic principles the priority of their political courses.
The basics of the Borjomi initiative have been laid by presidents Ukraine and Georgia in Borjomi and the heads of the two states propose to establish the regional community which will be the powerful tool in releasing the region from the demarcation lines, human rights violations, any confrontations and frozen conflicts.
