There will be judges of a new level and quality in Azerbaijan, a special representative of the Council of Europe Secretary General Matts Lindberg, who has watched testing of candidates for positions of judges said in a statement, Trend reports.
В"Such tests are considered to be the important stage. The Council of Europe is interested in holding the exams for selection of judges in Azerbaijan, as it enables for literate and independent individuals to work in judicial bodies of the country”, he noted.
Lindberg noted also, that participation of the Council of Europe in organizing trainings for competitors for positions of judges, as well as experts for developing the legislative acts may be appreciated as the assistance to Azerbaijan in the legal field.
