Program of 13th meeting of OSCE Council of Ministers in Ljubljana publicized

The program of the 13th meeting of the OSCE Council of Ministers in Ljubljana, envisaging the next meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen on regulation of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem, was publicized. The tow-day meeting will start on 5 December with opening speech of Dmitriy Rupel, the acting chairman of the organization, Trendreports referring to the OSCE secretariat.

Three plenary sessions will be staged within the event and documents are supposed to be adopted at the end. Elsi Gastings, the chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly is invited to participate and make a speech at the session.

The representative from Afghanistan, Mongolia, Korea, Thailand and Japan, the OSCE’s partners on cooperation, will also take part in the event and make their contribution in the work of the meeting. The Mediterranean partner such as Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco and Tunis, as well as UN, CE, NATO and Pact on stability for Southeastern Europe are expected to participate in the event as well.

GUAM, the League of Arabic Countries, the International Agency on Nuclear Power, the International Monetary Fund can make written contribution at request.

The same time, details and exact time of the negotiations between the Azerbaijani and Armenian Ministers, which will held in parallel, are not publicized.
