Opposition wants to meet with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs

Leaders of the Azadlig bloc held a joint sitting with the leader of the National Unity Movement and the chairman of the National Independence Party of Azerbaijan (NIPA) on 28 December at the NIPA head office, the NIPA press service head Ali Orudjov told Trend.

The Nagorno-Karabakh problem and the socio-political situation in the country were discussed at the sitting. It has been decided that leaders would meet with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen in Baku. The letter prepared by the leaders in this regard will be sent at the specified address.

Proposals on participation in by-elections voiced also at the sitting. However, no decision has been taken in this respect.
