Aynur Jamalgizi won't restore in the ranks of Musavat', Arif Hajily
The restoration of Aynur Jamalgizi in the ranks of Musavat is not possible, Arif Hajily, the deputy chairman of the party, told Trend.
It should be mentioned that Jamalgizi was expulsed from the party for the participation in the 6 November parliamentary elections in individual order. She was restored in the party at the sentence of the Binagadi district court.
According to Hajily, Jamalgizi was invited to the meeting of Musavat to be staged on 9 January. The meeting will consider the reasons for her address not to leadership of the party, but the court, Hajily stressed. He noted that the return of Jamalgizi to the ranks of Musavat was not possible.
Hajily reported the meeting would also discuss the representation of the party in the Central Election Committee.
In her turn, Jamalgizi noted that she did not receive any invitation to the meeting of the party scheduled for 9 January. If the council of the party ignores the court sentence, I will readdress to this instance to defense my rights, Jamalgizi stressed. She stated that her expulsion contradicted the Azerbaijani Constitution and Law on political parties.
