Reps of parties in minority in Parliament don't manage to come to agreement on dispatching of candidates to CEC

The representatives of the parties in minority in the Milli Majlis [Parliament] did not manage to come to single opinion on dispatching of the candidates to the Central Election Committee (CEC), Aynur Jamalgizi, the opposition MP, told Trend.

It should be mentioned that CEC is formed on parity basis i.e. 6 members represents parties in majority in the Milli Majlis, 6 - parties in minority, and 6 - non-party.

According to Jamalgizi, though different opposition parties dispatched their candidates to CEC, they did not make a single decision on this issue.

She stressed that opposition parties would come to a single solution of he issue soon.

It should be mentioned that the forces in minority in the Milli Majlis are as follows: the Civil Solidarity Party, Civil Unity Party, Great Establishment Party, Democratic Reforms Party, Musavat Party, Ana-Vatan (Motherland) Party, Social Well-Being Party, National Unity Party, New Policy bloc, as well as Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party and Popular Front of Azerbaijan Single Party.
