The plenary session of the Azerbaijani Supreme Court discussed the draft decision on inclusion of supplements and changes into the Procedural Criminal Code on Monday, the news service of the Supreme Court, told Trend.
The plenary session heard the information about the work done by chairmen of the collegium of the Supreme Court in 2005 and held discussions, analysis.
The plenary session also considered the claimant against the 17 August 2005 sentence of the Court-Legal Council on early cessation of authorities of Vilayat Nadirov, the Judge of the Nizamy district court.
The plenary session made appropriate decisions on the issues with participation of Eldar Nuriyev, the deputy Prosecutor General.
