The New Policy block recognizes the side gained quorum at the congresses of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP), divided into two parts, in the legal point of view, Eldar Namazov, the co-constitutor of the block, told Trend.
He said that the Coordinating Board of the block would not interfere in the internal affairs of the party. The same time, the New Policy bloc will explain its position on the results of the congresses held under the leadership of Etibar Mammadov and Ali Aliyev separately. It would be incorrect to sympathize with one of them or demonstrate antipathy to the issue. There is need of legal approach to the issue. The New Policy block recognizes the side, which gained quorum at the separate congress and consequently held legitimate congress in the legal point of view, Namazov stressed.
Namazov stressed that the block would hold a meeting of the Coordinating Board in late January to discuss the issue. The Coordinating Board will make appropriate solution on ANIP by majority.
