President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent on 24 January 2006 the message of condolences to the president of Serbia and Montenegro Svetozar Marovich in regard to the railway disaster, which caused innumerous human victims, Trend reports.
The message notes, in particular: The news on the passenger train crash saddened me deeply. Sharing your grief I express deep condolences on my behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijan people to the family members of the dead and wish the soonest recovery to the severely injured and wounded.
