Azeri President receives Georgian deputy speaker

On Thursday Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, received the delegation led by Jemal Inaishvili, the deputy speaker of the Georgian Parliament, also President of the Georgian Trade and Industry Chamber, Trend reports.

The head of the country noted that the Azerbaijani-Georgian relationship successfully developed in all spheres, including, in the level of parliaments. Aliyev stressed that the bilateral cooperation also expanded in the intergovernmental level and solution of numerous issues by the Joint Economic Commission testified for it.

In his turn, Inaishvili conveyed greetings by Mikhail Saakashvili, the Georgian President, to Aliyev. He also thanked the Azerbaijani President on behalf of Saakashvili for support to the Georgian people during the current energy crisis. The guest mentioned comprehensive development of the bilateral relations.
