The members of the former Builders of Civil Society will participate in the by-elections to Milli Majlis [Parliament], scheduled for 13 May 2006, in the individual order, Yashar Jafarli, the former co-constitutor of the block, also chairman of the Union of Officers in Reserve, told Trend.
According to Jafarli, the block was officially disbanded after publicization of the results of the 6 November 2005 parliamentary elections. If anybody from the former members of the block wants to participate in the by-elections, he will ballot in the individual order. The Builders of Civil Society block will not be restored. Nobody from the Union of Officers in Reserve intends to aprticipate in the by-elections, Jafarli said.
